Prune and Karo Syrup Tandem

Our youngest son hardly drinks water; more often than not he will reject it. As a result he gets constipated and passes stool 2-3 days after he had the last. He has dry and hard stool that are difficult to pass, he usually cries while he pass and got me worried when I saw few blood on his stool.
